Ome pajero lift kit

The OME kit has so many more parts which I guess is why it costs that much more. My question is, do you really need all those extra parts? For those that installed the Shocks and Springs only and achieved a 2" lift, then what's the point of all the extra parts on the OME kit?

The lower the spring rate the softer the ride. I have also heard the OME valving is softer and it being a twin tube design will give a softer ride than the stiffer valved monotube design of the Bilstein.
